The Step Master is a gauge that provides you with four small increments in height and offers you the following benefits:
- It is constructed from an assembly of five highly accurate, steel or ceramic gauge blocks.
- Each adjacent step is calibrated to a resolution of 0,01 ?m by using an interferometer with an accuracy tolerance of ?0,20 ?m.
